Subsection of Inspections in Construction and Environment Protection has the following responsibilities:

• Coordination of work with other organizational units of municipal Administrative Service and competent state authorities, organizations and institutions within scope of authority
  
• Spatial regulations and construction
  
• Environmental protection
  
• Water resources management
  
• Application and following the laws and other regulations in the scope of authority
  
• Direct monitoring of application of law and other regulations and giving instructions for their implementation
  
• Commissioning reports, data and information from inspectors about execution of entrusted inspections
  
• Other responsibilities by order of the Mayor and Head of the Department
  
• Other responsibilities within scope of work of the Department.
