Subsection of Property Rights has the following responsibilities:

Gathering documentation, initiation of the proceeding and participation in procedure of confirmation and transfer of ownership for municipal property

Preparation of draft contract in the procedure of implementation of investments which are partially or completely funded by the municipal budget

Preparation of necessary documents for the proceeding of determination of general interest, for the reasons of construction of important objects, for initiation and conduct of expropriation or administrative transfer, proceeding of usurpation in the ownership of Municipality

Processing the applications for completing the construction parcel and suggestions to the Municipal Assembly

Updating all the legal or administrative proceedings where Municipality is involved

Preparation of reports and information in the scope of work, necessary for the work of the Municipal Assembly and the Mayor

Processing the applications for the buying up of the apartments

Conducting the administrative procedure and preparation of the first instance proceeding in the housing according the Law on Housing
-
Proposal of decision about rent amount for use of municipal apartments and the apartment which are not bought up

Appointment of temporary agent and making subsidiary records

Communication with other organizational units, competent authorities and organizations and institutions

Other activities by order of the Mayor and Head of the Department.
