Subsection of Finance and Accounting has the following responsibilities:

• Participation in development of budget balance of the Municipality and monitoring execution of budget expenditures in consumer units of administrative service. Harmonization of data and information about their expenditures
  
• Participation in analysis and proposals for corrections of claims according to local revenues
  
• Formal and essential control of financial documentation of Administrative Service. Filling in the treasury forms
  
• Development and application of accounting methodology in accordance with the requirements of international accounting standards and regulations
  
• Payroll and other incomes for the employees
  
• Payroll for councilors, and members of assembly boards
  
• Payroll for the employees working on contract
  
• Records on tax returns and statistical records
  
• Maintaining records on public property, basic assets and small tools and inventory, according to requirements of the running norms and standards
  
• Issue of certificates and confirmations in the scope of work of the Subsection
  
• Developing reports for the Municipal Assembly, the Mayor, Head of the Department, Ministry of Finance, Tax Administration, budget users and other users of information as needed
  
• Giving instructions and guidelines for property inventory, monitoring and coordination of the process of the property recording
  
• Development of the procedure in the scope of work of the Subsection and monitoring of their execution
  
• Other jobs by order of the Mayor and Head of the Department.
