Subdepartment of Administrative Procedures has the following responsibilities:
- Conducting the complete administrative procedure on the request of clients for issue of Urban Permit, Construction Permit and Use Permit
- Preparing the decision about the Construction Permit and Use Permit. Bringing a conclusion about denying the requests for the Urban Permit, conclusions about corrections of the procedure until issue of Use Permit, as well as decisions about building demolition
- Issue of Sanitary Approval, certificates about facts which are part of public records of the Subdepartment, giving information from the scope of work of the Subdepartment
- Preparing municipal decisions in the scope of urban planning and construction
- Other jobs concerning the Subdepartment.
