Department of Human Resources is responsible for the following jobs:

• Developing a plan for the professional development of employees in the municipal administration
  
• Supervising the assessment of employees
  
• Developing statistical analysis of the employees in terms of qualifications, age, social and other structures
  
• Participation in the development of documents defining rights, obligations and responsibilities of employees
  
• Participation in development of documents concerning organization and systematization of positions
  
• Implementation of the procedure for admission to employment in the Administrative service
  
• Preparing the implementation of procedure for determining disciplinary and material responsibilities of employees
  
• Developing singular documents concerning the employment
  
• Other operations in connection to Human Resources.
